Aquanaut® Mk2 operating underwater over a subsea reef environment
Nauticus Robotics™ · NASDAQ: KITT

Transforming the way work is done in the ocean.

Nauticus sells ocean robots, licenses autonomy software, and combines both to deliver underwater robotic technology services for safer, more repeatable subsea work. We are a publicly listed company bringing new technology to market, hardened through Nauticus's and SeaTrepid's own commercial delivery programmes in the energy and defence industries.

Our mission

Why Nauticus exists

Mission

To disrupt the current ocean services paradigm through the introduction and integration of advanced and autonomous robotic technologies.

Ocean work remains one of the hardest operating environments in the world. It demands machines that can sense, decide and act reliably in conditions where conventional approaches are expensive, slow and difficult to scale.

Nauticus was founded on the belief that autonomous electric underwater systems can change subsea work. We build the vehicles and autonomy software customers can buy or license, and we provide the field operations capability for customers who want Nauticus to deliver the work directly.

The opportunity

A trillion-dollar economy that still depends on methods that have not changed in decades.

The ocean's asset value is estimated at over $24 trillion, and it generates around $2.5 trillion a year. Within that economy sits a growing need for safer, more repeatable and more scalable subsea work.

Nauticus is building the robotics platform, autonomy software and field operations capability to serve that need as the commercial market matures.

What we build

Vehicles customers can buy, autonomy they can license, and operations they can use.

Nauticus delivers through direct product sales, software licensing, and a Robotics-as-a-Service model, so customers can either buy the technology for themselves or simply buy the outcome.

Autonomous vehicle

Aquanaut® 2.1

A commercial configuration derived from the field-tested Aquanaut® Mk2 platform. Aquanaut® 2.1 build slots are available now, with customer-configurable depth requirements up to a 3,000 m design rating for autonomous transit, survey, inspection, and targeted cable or pipeline following.

Autonomy software

Nauticus ToolKITT™

Behavior-tree autonomy developed on Aquanaut® Mk2 and retrofitted onto third-party work-class and inspection ROVs. It brings autonomous capability to fleets already in service, without new vehicle hardware.

Operations

SeaTrepid

Full-turnkey autonomous and conventional subsea operations. SeaTrepid is now part of Nauticus, giving customers a route to buy the result rather than run the technology themselves.

Operational services
Where we are

Proven in the water. Build slots available now.

Aquanaut® Mk2 has completed deepwater operations, field demonstrations, and prototyping work that informed Aquanaut® 2.1. Nauticus ToolKITT™ has been demonstrated on Nauticus and third-party vehicles. SeaTrepid gives us the operational capability to deliver work today, on both autonomous and conventional systems.

Three things make this scalable. The autonomy core is vehicle-agnostic, so it grows beyond our own hardware. The software and operations model can be applied across multiple customer programs. And customers can buy hardware, license software, or buy the service outright, so we are not dependent on a single revenue model.

We are a publicly listed company (NASDAQ: KITT) based in Houston, Texas, at an early stage of a very large commercial opportunity.

Nauticus Robotics engineering and operations team at work
The team

From zero gravity to the deep ocean.

Nauticus was built by engineers who came from space robotics, people who had spent careers building machines to work where humans cannot go, and who applied the same thinking to the ocean. That heritage runs through the autonomy, the manipulation work and the way the vehicles are engineered.

Today the team spans autonomy and robotics engineering, subsea operations, software, and field expertise.
