We started with a simple thesis: the ocean economy is too large and too important to stay dependent on methods that haven't changed in decades.
Nauticus Robotics was founded in Houston to build autonomous systems for subsea work. That thesis is now moving toward commercial delivery through Aquanaut®, Nauticus ToolKITT™ and SeaTrepid operations.
The case for autonomous ocean robotics
The ocean's asset value is estimated at over $24 trillion, and it generates around $2.5 trillion a year (WWF/BCG). Within that economy sits a long-term need for safer, smarter and more scalable subsea work. That is the work Nauticus addresses.
Nauticus was founded on the conviction that autonomous electric underwater systems could change how that work is planned, supervised and delivered. The company brings together a vehicle platform, autonomy software and field operations capability in one organization.
After roughly a decade of autonomy development, Nauticus is moving its technology toward commercial delivery through Nauticus ToolKITT™, Aquanaut®, and SeaTrepid operations.
Aquanaut® provides the vehicle platform. Nauticus ToolKITT™ provides the autonomy core. SeaTrepid provides the operations capability that helps deliver work for customers.
We are a publicly listed company (NASDAQ: KITT) based in Houston, Texas, at an early stage of a very large commercial opportunity.
Autonomous subsea robotics has existed in research labs for years. Nauticus is making it commercial.

What we build
We also deliver the operations
Through SeaTrepid, now part of Nauticus, the company provides full-turnkey autonomous and conventional subsea operations. You don't have to own the technology to access the capability.
End-to-end project delivery through SeaTrepid operations. We handle planning, deployment, supervision, and data delivery. You receive the output.
Project support that brings vehicle autonomy, experienced teams and operational discipline together for subsea work at depth.
Where autonomous systems are not yet the right fit. Experienced teams, proven equipment, full project management.
